Cleansing with La Vie is as easy as 1..2..3. Each day of your cleanse you'll drink 6 delicious and unique beverages. Starting in the morning, simply drink 1 bottle every 2 hours beginning with the bottle marked number one. Sip the drink slowly or all at once. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. You may enjoy miso soup or clear veggie broth (no raw garlic or raw onions) at anytime while cleansing.
